The first step in seeking support from the Friends of Children is to call our toll- free number 1.866.564.2217.  Once information is provided for an intake form, FOC will require a doctor’s referral or confirmation of your child’s medical appointment or need.  Before approval of future funding, original receipts must be submitted to our office related to the value of the grant provided by FOC.  Friends of Children will NOT reimburse or pay for items or services purchased prior to our approval.
