Financial Support

We rely upon donors to make our service possible for Northern BC and East Kootenay children in medical need. Your support covers a wide range of requests. Friends of Children hear from the parent who is seeking help when their child is facing a medical challenge. We can assist with the travel expenses related to the child’s medical appointment. Support may also mean help with the purchase of specialized equipment or prescription not covered by medi-care. Easing the emotional burden on a parent with a sick child is Friends of Children’s biggest contribution.
